1. Who we are and what you're agreeing to
These terms cover emotionallyfitme.com and benjysherercoaching.com (together, "this site"). Both are run by Benjy Sherer Coaching ("we", "us"), based in Quebec, Canada.

By using this site, signing up for a training, booking a call, or buying a program, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for or buy anything here.

2. This is education, not medical care
We offer coaching, courses and trainings that teach emotional fitness skills. Everything we share is for educational purposes only.

It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace care from a doctor or a licensed mental health professional, and we are not acting as your doctor, therapist or other health professional.

Please don't stop or change any medication or treatment because of something you learned here. Talk to your health professional first.

If you are in crisis, or think you might harm yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number right away.

3. Results
Every person is different, and your results depend on your own effort and circumstances. Stories and testimonials on this site describe individual experiences. They are examples, not promises.

Any guarantee we offer comes with a paid program and is explained in that program's terms. Nothing on this website by itself is a promise of a specific result.

You are responsible for your own choices and actions.

4. Paid programs
This page covers your use of the website. If you enroll in a paid coaching program or course, the terms you receive when you enroll cover the price, payments, refunds and any guarantee. Those terms apply to your purchase.

5. Our content
Everything on this site and in our programs belongs to Benjy Sherer Coaching. That includes the videos, trainings, worksheets, written material, name and branding.

When you sign up or buy, you get access for your own personal use. That access can't be transferred to anyone else.

Please don't copy, record, share, resell or teach our material to others without our written permission. If you share your login or misuse the material, we may end your access.

6. Using the site
When you use this site, you agree to:

Give accurate information when you sign up, book a call or buy.
Not use the site to break the law, or to harass, spam or mislead anyone.
Not try to hack, overload, scrape or otherwise interfere with the site.
We may refuse service or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

This site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what's on them.

7. Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to keep this site accurate and running, but we provide it "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using this site or our programs. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the program in question.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, or our responsibility in cases where the law says it can't be limited.

8. Privacy and emails

When you register, we'll send you emails about the training and our programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the "last updated" date shown on this page.

Changes won't apply to a purchase you have already made unless you agree to them.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Quebec, unless the consumer protection laws where you live give you the right to use your local courts.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
