Retirement in Maine
Podcast
For this episode we want you to think about the following: I’m nearing retirement and I’ve been working a job or career for my ENTIRE LIFE that doesn’t allow me to be an expression of my true self. We all have family priorities and bills that need to be paid. There are many of us out there that might be in this situation. As a result of working a job that doesn’t provide our purpose and align with our true selves, we’ve had to stuff our emotions deep inside of us to match who our job or career needs us to present ourselves as.
That is exactly what this show is about. How do we use emotional healing to address the pain caused by a lifetime of misaligned purpose? And as a result, start moving forward as our true selves!
Skeptic Metaphysician
Podcast
We've all heard about the Law of Attraction and manifesting, even if we don't really have a good understanding of what it is and how to implement it. After all, we've all either read the book or seen the movie, or even heard someone talk about The Secret Law of Attraction, right? But have you heard about "reality transurfing"? Or the Law of Least Resistance? Familiar with Abraham Hicks? If you said no to any of the above, the episode we are about to release is definitely for you!

Joyful Rebellion Podcast
This is a joyful rebellion. The podcast that explores that moment you realize the life and success you worked so hard to create did not come with all of the fulfillment you thought it would. I’m your host James Walters and I know there are a ton of successful and driven people in the world who - despite their achievements - feel empty and kind of miserable. They focused their energy on doing what they thought, or what others told them they should do, and forgot to create a life of excitement and joy for themselves.
I say it a lot, but we ALL have stuff. And I’m talking about emotional baggage, trauma, whatever you choose to call it, we all have at least a little. But what do you do when all of that emotional baggage starts to get in the way of the person you want to become? Today I talk with Benjy about his framework of emotional fitness and how he equips his clients with the tools to move beyond their current limitations.

As a survivor of sexual assault, domestic violence, addiction, autoimmune disorders and a stroke, she shares her insight and wisdom on topics that surround us in our daily life.
Today I was able to sit down with Benjy Sherer, a Mental Health Coach, or as he likes to say "Emotional Fitness Trainer". Benjy lived it. After a lifetime’s worth of struggling with anxiety and depression and a final dark period of being suicidal, when all the standard approaches with doctors and therapists were only making him hate himself and this world even more, he finally looked within and found his own way through this pain by learning how to confront the uncomfortable emotions head on, with the concept of ‘unconditional self love’ as my only real guidance.
This interview went so well, I was immediately invited back for a second episode to continue our deep discussions on Emotional Fitness and Practical Spirituality.
